Slot-Fill Episode Format (Mercury Set Series)

Video 10 closed with a clear promise: every filled slot gets its own episode. The format below keeps the series consistent without turning a personal collection update into a transaction boast.

The 3–5 minute template

  1. 0:00–0:15 · Hook: “Slot [#] of 77 is filled.”
  2. 0:15–1:30 · The story: the hunt and why this coin fits the set—not what it cost.
  3. 1:30–2:30 · Grade and authentication: show the wear points, state certified status when relevant, and keep the 1916-D certified-only.
  4. 2:30–3:00 · Scorecard: update filled and open slots from the current tracker.
  5. 3:00–3:30 · CTA: subscribe, point to the book links in the description, and link the Etsy checklist.

House rules

  • Use one thumbnail system: “#__ OF 77.”
  • Never disclose acquisition cost; those records stay private.
  • The 1916-D slot is certified-only, always.
  • Coin close-ups are illustrative only and never authentication evidence.
  • Treat the promise from Video 10’s close and pinned comment as source material only after checking the original recording.
